When working with Adumble, you agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver our services. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all intellectual property rights for the completed digital marketing assets, designs, or campaigns transfer to you upon full payment. Adumble retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) states otherwise.

5. Payment Terms

Service fees, billing schedules, and payment terms will be explicitly outlined in custom proposals or contracts agreed upon before work commences. Late payments may result in the suspension of ongoing marketing campaigns or services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Adumble strives for excellence, but we do not guarantee specific business results, search engine rankings, or ROI figures. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or any platform changes (e.g., Google or Meta algorithm updates).

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the business relationship according to the terms outlined in the specific service agreement. Upon termination, you remain liable for all work completed up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
